1. General

By purchasing from Shop to Shops, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

2. Products

We supply kraft paper bags in various colours and sizes. Product images are for illustration purposes, and actual colour or texture may vary slightly due to lighting or manufacturing differences.

3. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. All orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.

Returns are only accepted for:

• damaged items

• incorrect items received

• manufacturing defects

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item meets the unused and original packaging requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

5. Payments

All prices are in AUD. Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept standard online payment methods through secure third-party processors.

6. Liability

Shop to Shops is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or misuse of products.
